At First Diet Nutrition, we are committed to ensuring that your products are delivered to you promptly and in excellent condition. Please read through our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
Holidays & Weekends: Orders are not processed on national holidays or weekends. Any delays due to these circumstances will be communicated via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹50 is applied to all orders under ₹500. Free standard shipping is available for orders over ₹500.
Expedited Shipping: The cost of expedited shipping varies by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier's website.
Address Information
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. First Diet Nutrition is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in tracking it down or sending a replacement.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have restrictions based on your location, particularly regarding perishable items. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions.
